Product Director, C360 Consumptions Lead

What you'll do

• Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
• Lead the entire product life cycle from planning and discovery to execution and future development.
• Coach and mentor the product team on best practices like prototyping, market research, and product adoption strategies.
• Own and maintain a service backlog that aligns with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
• Build frameworks to track key success metrics including cost, reliability, risk posture, and functionality.
• Manage the delivery and optimization of consumption services to enhance client experiences and streamline operations.
• Develop a service strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers and business consumers.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience driving organizational change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Strong understanding of business integration techniques, data governance, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with emerging technologies and best practices in business analytics and CRM.
• Advanced degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).
