Product Director, Platform Data Ops

What you'll do

• Develop and execute strategic platform and data operations initiatives for Client360.
• Oversee the planning, execution, risk management, and delivery of key data operations activities.
• Own platform performance and drive enhancements to achieve specific business outcomes.
• Define and optimize the platform experience to improve process efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage analytics, including machine learning and AI, to derive actionable business insights.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data privacy through robust platform and data operations.
• Anticipate future requirements by collaborating across business lines to understand internal team needs.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Extensive knowledge of platform management, data operations, process improvement, strategic planning, and data analytics.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale platform, data integration, and analytics projects.
• Strong understanding of platform integration techniques, data governance, regulatory compliance, and data privacy.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders to drive innovation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
• Extensive experience in platform management, data operations, or CRM systems within a financial institution (preferred).
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).
