As a Personalization Product Manager - Vice President within the Personalization & Customer Insights Team, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle to deliver high-quality products that provide customer value. You will manage data discovery, analytics, and intake to build customer journeys with an Omni Channel Personalization focus while supporting next-best-action capabilities across mobile, web, contact centers, branches, and marketing. Your daily work involves translating research into roadmaps, partnering with data science and machine learning engineering teams to design recommendation and agentic solutions, and operationalizing scalable model lifecycle infrastructure. You will utilize SQL, event-based data, streaming concepts, and dimensional modeling while ensuring data governance, lineage, and fairness standards. The role focuses on solving complex problems in personalization engines and building trusted data foundations for AI-driven experiences within a regulated environment to ensure reliable, high-quality customer outcomes.
Develop and execute a product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers.
Lead discovery efforts and market research to translate findings into well-defined product roadmaps.
Manage the product backlog by translating user research and analytics into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Define the strategy for operating-memory data products, including signal identification, governance, and retrieval.
Design and iterate on recommendation engines, next-best-action capabilities, and agentic solutions across multiple channels.
Track key success metrics including cost, functionality, risk posture, and system reliability.
Champion data governance, lineage, quality, and explainability for all AI-driven decisions.
Ensure compliance with responsible AI standards, including privacy, consent management, and fairness.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, data analytics, or a relevant domain area.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Strong expertise in large-scale SQL, event-based data, streaming concepts, dimensional modeling, and operational data design.
Excellent data literacy to translate user research, journey insights, and product metrics into actionable roadmaps.
Strong understanding of data governance, lineage, quality, controls, and audit requirements in a regulated environment.
Excellent stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams and drive decisions independently.
Experience with AI-driven or agentic products, personalization engines, A/B testing, and building trusted data foundations (preferred).
