As the Payments-Agentic Treasury Services-Product Executive Director, you will lead innovation by developing products and features that address specific customer needs. You are responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, including roadmap vision, development execution, risk management, and business growth targets such as cost, reusability, and reliability. Your daily work involves coaching and mentoring a product team on best practices like market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, and adoption strategies. You will monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation. To succeed, you must possess extensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle, technical design, and data analytics. The role requires proven ability in discovery, ideation, requirements definition, and value management while navigating a complex organization to drive change and manage stakeholders across multiple functions to solve core treasury problems.
Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning and execution to continuous adaptation and new methodology development.
Coach and mentor the product team on best practices like market research, storyboarding, and prototyping.
Own product performance and invest in enhancements to achieve specific business objectives.
Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
Drive the adoption of key lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, and requirements definition.
Manage stakeholders across multiple functions to drive organizational change.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
Recognized thought leader within a related field (preferred).
