What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field with 12+ years of experience.
  • PhD degree with 8+ years of experience.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process design, deposition, etching, and material characterization.
  • Familiarity with laboratory work, semiconductor equipment, surface preparation, and analytical techniques.
  • In-depth understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE).
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or other scientific computing languages.
  • Experience with statistical tools such as JMP or Minitab.
  • Background in deposition technologies (ALD, CVD, PECVD, PVD) or plasma physics and etching techniques (RIE, ALE, ICP, CCP).
