What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field with 8+ years of experience.
  • PhD degree with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process design, deposition, etch dielectrics, or metal films.
  • Familiarity with laboratory environments and semiconductor equipment involving surface preparation and analytical techniques.
  • In-depth understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE).
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or other similar scientific computing languages.
  • Working knowledge of statistical analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and tools like JMP or Minitab.
  • Background in deposition techniques (ALD, CVD, PECVD, PVD, PLD) or plasma physics and etching technologies.
