What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field and 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production.
  • Experience in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related roles.
  • Knowledge of lean tools, Six Sigma, and quality management systems (AS 9100, ISO 9001).
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools like DOE, SPC, ANOVA, Regression Analysis, and Minitab.
  • Experience with database structures, SQL, VBA, Python, .NET, Flask, JavaScript, C#, RESTful API development.
  • Ability to develop AI prompts/agents/workflows and use AI code assistants for internal processes.
