Principal Transformation Partner

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end discovery engagements using design thinking and lean methodologies to identify process and technology improvements.
• Develop compelling business cases and governance-ready proposals that define risks, trade-offs, and expected outcomes.
• Influence senior leaders and drive alignment across the organization without formal authority.
• Establish measurement frameworks to track realized benefits against business KPIs after project launch.
• Deliver executive communications and manage stakeholders across large audiences and C-suite forums.
• Utilize AI tools and specialized software to accelerate discovery, analysis, and recommendation communication.
• Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives in areas like Sales, Marketing, and Product to increase revenue.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in management consulting or similar roles like strategy and business operations.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem framing through execution.
• Proficiency in structured discovery using design thinking, LEAN/Six Sigma, customer experience, or product design methodologies.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment without formal authority.
• Exceptional executive communication skills for presenting to large audiences and C-suite leadership.
• Proficiency in tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Figma/Visio, Jira, and AI technologies (GenAI, Agentic AI).
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
