What you'll do

  • Close business deals to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Recruit and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners for growth opportunities.
  • Manage partner activities at an Area level while coordinating with the Global team.
  • Collaborate with system integrator partners to source new business leads strategically.
  • Interact with global pillar teams for support in managing partner-related initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of quota-carrying experience in new business development.
  • Proven track record generating pipeline through System Integrator (SI) partners.
  • Experience selling in a fast-paced, competitive market with matrix sales model.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to recruit and manage partner relationships effectively.
  • High emotional intelligence and self-awareness required.
  • Familiarity with databases, DevOps, and open source technology preferred.
