AI Prototyping & Transformation Associate

What you'll do

• Build apps, point solutions, and agentic workflows through rapid discovery and iterative development.
• Assess and map business processes to design improvements for operational performance.
• Use hypothesis-driven thinking to break down complex problems into actionable recommendations.
• Utilize generative AI tools and firm-approved platforms to produce functional technical outputs.
• Capture business rules and decision logic into durable assets for long-term use.
• Develop AI-first solutions that comply with firm-prescribed facilities, controls, and guardrails.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to influence organizational change and stakeholders.
• Manage assigned workstreams from planning to execution while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Professional work or internship experience with a track record of developing strategic business recommendations that deliver measurable results.
• Demonstrated hands-on ability to build code, applications, or point solutions in any professional or academic setting.
• Practical, developing experience using generative AI, copilots, or agentic tooling to produce real outputs.
• Proficiency in data analytics with the ability to interpret models and diagrams to communicate requirements.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• 2+ years of professional or internship experience in management consulting, financial services, or process improvement (preferred).
• Background in software engineering, product engineering, or a comparable technical discipline (preferred).
• Technical skills in data analytics tools like SQL, Python, R, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Google Data Analytics, or AI/ML certifications (preferred).
