AI Prototyping & Transformation Associate

What you'll do

• Build apps, point solutions, and agentic workflows through rapid discovery and iterative prototyping.
• Assess business processes and analyze data to design improvements for operational performance.
• Use hypothesis-driven thinking to break down complex problems into actionable recommendations.
• Utilize generative AI and firm-approved platforms to produce functional, working outputs.
• Capture business rules and decision logic into durable assets that persist beyond specific engagements.
• Communicate complex ideas and narratives clearly to influence organizational change.
• Manage assigned workstreams from planning to execution to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
• Ensure prototypes are designed for organizational adoption by considering change management and human impact.

What we're looking for

• Professional work or internship experience developing strategic business recommendations or improvements that deliver measurable results.
• Demonstrated hands-on ability to write code, stand up applications, or produce working outputs in a professional or academic setting.
• Practical experience using generative AI, copilots, or agentic tooling to produce real outputs.
• Proven ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complex operational issues with strong client management skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including interpreting models and diagrams to communicate data requirements.
• Growing technical acumen to work credibly with engineers regarding architecture, data, and integration.
• Business fluency to frame problems and translate them into terms for stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to make emerging concepts concrete for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• 2+ years of professional or internship experience within management consulting, financial services, and/or professional process improvement (preferred).
• Background in software engineering, product engineering, developer enablement, or a comparable technical discipline (preferred).
• Exposure to prompt design, workflow orchestration, human-in-the-loop controls, evaluation approaches, and responsible-AI guardrails (preferred).
• Technical skills in data analytics tools like SQL, Python, R and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI (preferred).
• Exposure to regulated or large-scale enterprise environments and change management considerations (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Google Data Analytics, or an AI/ML certification (preferred).
