What you'll do

Design and improve production processes for assembly, integration, and testing of satellite modules.
Serve as the primary technical lead for manufacturing during design reviews and new product development.
Resolve complex industrial challenges regarding production velocity, quality standards, and cost competitiveness.
Manage the capacity increase roadmap by identifying, procuring, and qualifying necessary capital equipment.
Lead a team of manufacturing engineers to execute technical visions and improve production scaling.
Act as the high-level problem solver for operations during critical quality containment events.
Develop and implement new quality control measures based on data analysis and identified risks.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics, or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in hardware design and validation of components, subsystems, and systems.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
Experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting or problem solving.
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production.
Experience with the project management of technical projects (preferred).
Experience using statistical tools such as Minitab (preferred).
