What you'll do

  • Manage the technical prioritization, sequencing, and delivery roadmap for the Intuit Partner Suite and integrated GTM tools.
  • Author and maintain comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to translate complex partner strategies into implementation-ready logic.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and engineering teams to streamline communication.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, including data residency requirements and legacy data migration issues.
  • Define quality standards and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure features match business policies before launch.
  • Translate high-level program strategies into detailed technical specifications for developers and system architects.

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 years of experience leading large-scale systems implementations across CRM, PRM platforms, billing engines, or enterprise data warehouses.
  • Proven track record of writing detailed, logic-driven Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for complex automation and API integrations.
  • Ability to translate abstract business strategies into technical requirements while negotiating scope with executives and architects.
  • Experience navigating matrixed organizations to align stakeholders across sales, operations, product, success, finance, and legal teams.
  • Proficiency in using structured risk-management frameworks to identify operational constraints and system bugs.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, backlog grooming, and Jira-based sprint management.
  • Preferred experience with PRM tools like Salesforce PRM, Impartner, or ZiftONE.
  • Preferred familiarity with financial incentive systems such as Varicent or automated revenue share platforms.
