What you'll do

Translate abstract business goals into clear, actionable plans by breaking down complex engineering challenges for stakeholders.
Track workstreams, manage dependencies, and drive tasks to closure to ensure accountability and timely delivery.
Create concise briefs and presentations tailored to stakeholder needs to facilitate effective decision-making at all levels.
Identify gaps, risks, and trade-offs across multiple workstreams while proactively keeping stakeholders informed.
Utilize AI tools for reporting, task tracking, and day-to-day program management operations.
Influence improvements to internal tools, operations, and architecture based on experience in program delivery.

What we're looking for

Must have 10+ years of experience in a PMO and/or engineering organization leading complex cross-functional technical programs.
Must have 3+ years of IT and/or engineering background.
Proven experience managing large, complex, technology-enabled programs supporting Go-to-Market stakeholders.
Strong understanding of GTM functions, CRM platforms, and Lead-to-Quote processes.
Ability to partner with Product Managers and engineering teams while translating abstract goals into actionable plans.
Proficiency in using AI for program management reporting, task tracking, and daily operations.
Skilled in project tracking software such as Jira, Smartsheet PPM, or GSuite.
Familiarity with MongoDB or comparable technology.
