What you'll do

  • Lead complex technical programs from initial problem definition through to final production delivery for strategic customers.

  • Operate in engineering environments using VS Code, GitHub, and AI agents as primary surfaces for planning and documentation.
  • Navigate ambiguity by making technical decisions and managing risks with incomplete information in customer environments.
  • Develop reusable solution patterns, open-source assets, and engineering playbooks to scale impact across the organization.
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams of engineers and data scientists to design and deliver AI-powered cloud solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (or equivalent).
  • At least 3 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience reading and/or writing code (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as consulting or solutions engineering (preferred).
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies, cloud architecture, data engineering, and using AI tools in software engineering workflows (preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (preferred).
