What you'll do

Design and implement radio networks including infrastructure, subscribers, mobile backhaul, and WAN/CEN networks.
Lead technical aspects of projects from initial design through final system acceptance.
Conduct customer design reviews, witnessed staging, and coverage acceptance testing events.
Perform radio coverage testing, frequency analysis, and interference mitigation.
Manage radio system licensing and prepare fleet maps, encryption, and programming templates.
Execute live system cutovers, upgrades, and troubleshooting in lab and field environments.
Create comprehensive technical documentation for all implemented systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or technical discipline.
7+ years of engineering or technical experience OR 10 years of engineering or technical experience.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
Proficiency in Radio Frequency Engineering, Land/Mobile Radio Engineering, and RFDS principles.
Knowledge of networking protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, etc.), IP networking, and physical layers like fiber and microwave.
Experience with servers (VMware ESXI, Linux, Microsoft) and various firewall and router hardware.
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Juniper JNCIA-Junos, Nokia NRS1, or CCNA (preferred).
Experience with Motorola ASTRO 25 architecture (preferred).
