What you'll do

Manage operational aspects of ongoing projects while serving as the primary liaison between project management, planning, and line management.
Monitor project statuses, manage schedules, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
Develop and maintain budget baselines using Earn Value Management (EVM) methodologies.
Execute cost, schedule, and technical performance baselines to satisfy program contractual requirements.
Manage the Risk, Issue, and Opportunity process to proactively address potential project challenges.
Drive action item adjudication in collaboration with operating units, corporate entities, and customers.
Ensure all Contractual Deliverable (CDRL) commitments are submitted on time or ahead of schedule.
Develop innovative proposal strategies that align with customer needs and exceed industry standards.

What we're looking for

Must be able to obtain or maintain a final U.S. adjudicated government Secret clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for positions requiring government clearance.
For Principal level: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or Master's degree and 3 years of experience.
For Senior Principal level: Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, or Master's degree and 6 years of experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience with budgeting processes, monthly tracking, and reporting procedures.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Preferred qualifications include PMP certification and experience with JIRA or TABLEAU tools.
