Principal / Senior Principal Project Management

What you'll do

• Manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as the primary liaison between project management and the project team.
• Develop and maintain budget baselines using Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies.
• Integrate and execute cost, schedule, and technical performance baselines to satisfy contractual requirements.
• Support the Risk, Issue, and Opportunity process to proactively address potential project challenges.
• Drive action item adjudication collaboratively with the operating unit, enterprise partners, and customers.
• Lead the execution of Contractual Deliverable (CDRL) commitments to ensure on-time delivery to the customer.
• Drive innovation in proposal strategy by aligning responses with customer needs and challenging conventional approaches.

What we're looking for

• U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a final U.S. adjudicated government Secret clearance.
• For Principal level: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
• For Sr. Principal level: Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience includes project/program management and learning and development course delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Experience with budgeting processes and monthly tracking and reporting procedures.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Preferred: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Project Management, Training, Education, Professional Development, and/or Adult Learning.
• Preferred: Current PMP certification.
• Preferred: Control Account Manager (CAM) experience.
• Preferred: Experience with planning, developing, coordinating, and executing education, training, and/or career development programs.
• Preferred: Demonstrated experience applying Program Management processes and incorporating them into training content and exercises.
• Preferred: Proficiency in tracking/reporting tools/dashboards such as JIRA and TABLEAU.
• Preferred: Active Secret/Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain Special Access Clearance.
