Principal Program Manager, Ecosystem Development

What you'll do

• Manage partner sales capacity investment programs including planning, governance, and performance management.
• Build and maintain executive relationships across the partner portfolio as the primary Microsoft point of contact.
• Guide Business Applications ISVs in evolving their software offerings into industry-specific AI agents.
• Accelerate ISV adoption of Microsoft's agent platform strategy by identifying and closing capability gaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketplace teams to bring new solutions to customers.
• Represent the partner ecosystem in internal planning forums and at external executive briefings and conferences.
• Translate partner feedback into actionable improvements for internal programs and initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a relevant technical domain, technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-functional engineering.
• 12+ years of experience in a relevant technical domain is preferred for this role.
• Demonstrated ownership of multi-partner investment or incentive programs with budget accountability and executive reporting.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or comparable enterprise ERP/CRM platforms and knowledge of how integrators and ISVs build practices around them.
• Experience with ISV go-to-market motions, including marketplace and co-sell channels.
• Familiarity with AI agent platforms and the emerging market for industry-specific agents.
• Proven ability to influence without authority across sales, engineering, marketing, and finance organizations.
