Senior Program Manager, Sales Enablement

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of global enablement programs including strategy development, project planning, and milestone tracking.
• Diagnose performance gaps in GTM teams and translate field findings into multi-faceted strategies involving curriculum, systems, and processes.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder teams to develop and pilot change management programs that ensure adoption at scale.
• Drive large-scale GTM transformations including sales methodologies, playbooks, tooling, and AI enablement initiatives.
• Design and analyze metrics using tools like Salesforce and Tableau to measure program impact and report findings to leadership.
• Mentor junior Program Management team members on program design and stakeholder management techniques.
• Integrate AI into program tracking and reporting workflows to synthesize feedback and build data stories for executives.

What we're looking for

• You must have 6+ years of experience in program management, change management, sales enablement, strategy and operations, or systems design.
• You must possess deep expertise in change management and program design for complex, multi-stakeholder programs across global teams.
• You must be highly data-driven, capable of analyzing both quantitative and qualitative inputs to identify performance gaps and measure impact.
• You must have experience with tools such as Salesforce and Tableau or Metabase.
• You must possess strong stakeholder management skills to build alignment and drive adoption without formal authority.
• You must be a clear communicator capable of simplifying complexity and influencing senior leaders.
• Familiarity with sales and customer success workflows, methodologies, and tools is required.
• Change management certifications (PROSCI/ADKAR) or project management certifications (PMP) are valued but not required.
