What you'll do

  • Manage the full solution delivery lifecycle from product definition and development to deployment and end-of-life.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive program goals.
  • Conduct competitive market analyses to identify customer pain points and inform product improvements.
  • Develop and execute implementation plans that integrate partnership components across multiple channels and products.

What we're looking for

  • A four-year or graduate degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project or program management for software, solutions, or services development.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Expertise in the software/solution development lifecycle and managing multi-million dollar programs from inception to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of monetization frameworks, streaming services, content management, eCommerce, and subscription or payment gateways.
  • Strong skills in partnership management and navigating diverse stakeholder interests to drive business goals.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into technical language and present to senior management.
  • Preferred certifications include PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum Master.
