What you'll do

  • Define and execute the long-term strategy for network connectivity across the Microsoft 365 platform.
  • Drive the transition to an explicit, regionalized, and policy-enforced connectivity model including migration sequencing and governance.
  • Resolve high-impact infrastructure problems involving scalability, resiliency, segmentation, capacity, and latency.
  • Balance trade-offs between security, reliability, performance, and cost to prioritize multi-year platform investments.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to triage live incidents and convert findings into root-cause fixes and roadmap priorities.
  • Establish success metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to shape investment priorities with leadership.
  • Communicate complex technical trade-offs to executives to facilitate high-level decision-making.
  • Mentor other product managers and implement AI-forward workflows within the team.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent experience.
  • Experience driving large-scale infrastructure migrations or network transitions for distributed systems.
  • Technical depth in networking, cloud networking, and large-scale distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of zero-trust security fundamentals, including segmentation and identity-based authorization.
  • Proficiency with Layer-7 routing, reverse proxies, or CDN-class infrastructure.
  • Fluency with AI-forward ways of working or a demonstrated ability to adopt new tools quickly.
  • Ability to make decisions in fast-paced environments while considering costs and trade-offs.
  • Strong skills in influencing others and negotiating mutually satisfying agreements.
