Senior Director of Product Management, Windows API Platform

What you'll do

• Conduct market and technical competitive analyses to identify gaps in Qualcomm’s API offerings.
• Define a comprehensive product roadmap and definition for APIs, SDKs, and libraries.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and product teams to execute roadmap milestones and technical requirements.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for APIs through SDK and driver updates.
• Influence external developer and partner integrations by advocating for Windows on Snapdragon technologies.
• Drive product launch strategies through technical marketing opportunities and direct customer contact.
• Deliver high-stakes technical presentations to internal and external audiences regarding product roadmaps.
• Integrate customer feedback into project roadmaps to improve product offerings and developer experience.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
• 15+ years of product management experience in the area of APIs, SDKs, and developer products (preferred).
• Hands-on experience developing Windows APIs and key IP technologies such as Camera, Audio, Video, and AI (preferred).
• Knowledge of x86/Windows ecosystem, AI/Gen-AI technologies, developer tools, and embedded technologies (preferred).
• Experience managing, influencing, and negotiating with internal audiences in a large matrixed organization (preferred).
• Proven track record of cross-functional leadership with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of PC and Windows, including the technical and business sides of software and application development.
