What you'll do

  • Create tracking dashboards and decision memos to provide visibility to both internal teams and external customers.
  • Advocate for customer needs while ensuring the product roadmap remains aligned with broader market opportunities.
  • Write high-quality technical requirements that allow engineering teams to execute without constant follow-up meetings.

What we're looking for

  • 7–10 years of product management experience, including at least 4 years in B2B enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale enhancement request pipelines for strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, XDR, or broader security operations platforms.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both executive and technical audiences.
  • Experience working with hyperscalers, MSSPs, and/or Public Sector customers (preferred).
  • Background as a security practitioner such as a SOC analyst or detection engineer (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for synthesis, documentation, and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to support strategic accounts.
