As a Principal Product Manager (Strategic Account Interactions) - Security Solutions, you will serve as the primary product voice for Elastic Security’s most strategic enterprise customers. You will manage and prioritize a high-volume pipeline of enhancement requests, translating complex customer needs into coherent product directions across various teams. What we're looking for
7–10 years of product management experience, including at least 4 years in B2B enterprise software.
Proven track record of managing enhancement request pipelines across multiple strategic enterprise accounts simultaneously.
Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, XDR, or broader security operations platforms.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both executive and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with hyperscalers, MSSPs, and/or PubSec (preferred).
Background as a security practitioner such as a SOC analyst, detection engineer, or security architect (preferred).
Proficiency in using AI tooling for synthesis, documentation, and workflow optimization.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to support strategic accounts.
