Principal Product Manager - Identity Threat Detection & Response will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for identity-based threat detection and response within the Elastic Security team. You must be fluent in non-human identities, including service accounts, workloads, secrets, and AI agents.
You must have deep technical comprehension of the AI/ML landscape, including behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, LLMs, and agentic systems.
You must demonstrate the ability to lead across a matrixed organization and align multiple stakeholders toward a common vision.
You must possess outstanding spoken and written communication skills to distill complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
