Key responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of radio-integrated sensing, standalone sensing products, and software-defined analytics. Required expertise includes RF systems, sensors, embedded systems, tactical UAS, and defense acquisition cycles. The role addresses critical challenges in contested spectrum operations, RF detection, geolocation, and multi-domain operations within a high-stakes defense technology environment.

What you'll do

Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Electronic Warfare (EW) and RF sensing capabilities.
Transition products from the prototype stage to scalable, sellable, and operationally viable market offerings.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define product-market fit within defense ecosystems.
Translate customer pain points and user insights into actionable technical requirements and development priorities.
Evangelize the product line to military end users, integrators, and prime contractors.
Manage the full product lifecycle from initial concept through deployment and long-term sustainment.
Ensure sensing capabilities are delivered as scalable platform features rather than one-off implementations.
Support and lead pilot programs, field tests, and direct customer engagements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
8-12+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Mission Solutions Lead in defense technology or related domains.
Proven ability to engage with military operators, acquisition personnel, and defense industry stakeholders.
Strong understanding of defense acquisition cycles and product-market fit challenges in the defense sector.
Technical familiarity with RF systems, sensors, embedded systems, or tactical UAS.
Experience serving as a product evangelist or spokesperson for internal and external audiences.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.
