What you'll do

  • Develop and execute an Electronic Warfare business strategy for DoD and Allied customers.
  • Define market segments, growth drivers, and procurement pathways within the electromagnetic-spectrum domain.
  • Align customer needs with internal product portfolios by collaborating with engineering and product teams.
  • Establish and expand relationships with Program Offices, PEOs, and major defense prime contractors.
  • Lead opportunity identification, qualification, and capture planning for high-value government contracts.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to increase visibility in the EW community.
  • Identify and pursue strategic alliances with OEMs and system integrators to accelerate market entry.
  • Provide data-driven business plans, pipeline forecasts, and competitive insights to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, capture management, or program management within the defense or aerospace sectors.
  • Experience must focus on Electronic Warfare, SIGINT, or RF systems.
  • Proven success securing and executing DoD programs valued between $1M and $20M.
  • Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, contract vehicles (IDIQ, OTA, BPA), and FAR/DFARS compliance.
  • Technical familiarity with RF systems, spectrum operations, and EW mission areas (ES, EA, EP).
  • Existing relationships within DoD EW programs and with major defense primes.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 15 months.
