What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience in defense, aerospace, or wireless communications.
Strong working knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, signal processing, software-defined radios, mesh networking, or electromagnetic spectrum operations.
Demonstrated ability to translate high-level military or tactical use cases into logical and structured technical requirements.
Proven track record of influencing cross-functional engineering, operations, and sales teams without direct authority to meet rigid release dates.
Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for field testing, customer integrations, or customer meetings.
Hands-on experience with tactical systems integration, vehicle integration, airborne payloads, marine RF installations, or multi-antenna co-location challenges (preferred).
Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an MBA from an accredited institution (preferred).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices and managing complex backlogs using tools like Jira (preferred).
