What you'll do

  • Translate high-level tactical Electronic Warfare mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware configurations.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle for FASST and LSNRS products from initial concept through manufacturing and deployment.
  • Oversee technical requirements, hardware New Product Introduction (NPI) cycles, and end-to-end user experience validation.
  • Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for specialized software features and firmware builds.
  • Conduct trade-off analyses to balance customer feature requests against engineering timelines and scope boundaries.
  • Coordinate with R&D, engineering, and go-to-market teams to align product execution with business goals and costs.
  • Translate operator feedback and competitive intelligence into actionable technical priorities for the development team.
  • Support defense integrators in validating plug-and-play integrations of sensing technologies into various platforms.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience in defense, aerospace, or wireless communications.
  • Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, signal processing, software-defined radios, mesh networking, or electromagnetic spectrum operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate high-level military or tactical use cases into structured technical requirements.
  • Proven track record of influencing cross-functional engineering, operations, and sales teams without direct authority.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.
  • Experience with EW, passive sensing, signal collection, spectrum monitoring, or Agile/Scrum practices (preferred); Master’s degree or MBA (preferred).
