What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience within the defense, aerospace, or wireless communications industries.
Strong working knowledge of signal processing, wireless communications, RF systems, software-defined radios (SDRs), digital signal processing (DSP), or mobile ad hoc networks (MANETs).
Demonstrated experience translating complex mathematical algorithms, scientific concepts, or military use cases into structured software requirements and user stories.
Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional R&D, engineering, operations, and sales teams without direct authority.
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.
Master’s degree in Engineering, RF Engineering, Computer Science, or an MBA (preferred).
