What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical product management or systems engineering within the defense, aerospace, or wireless communications industries.
Strong knowledge of signal processing, wireless communications, RF systems, software-defined radios (SDRs), digital signal processing (DSP), or mobile ad hoc networks (MANETs).
Demonstrated ability to translate complex mathematical algorithms and military use cases into structured software requirements and user stories.
Proven ability to align cross-functional R&D, engineering, operations, and sales teams to meet release timelines.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.
Experience with LPI/LPD, anti-jamming, electronic counter-countermeasures, or MIL-STD standards (preferred); Master’s degree or MBA (preferred).
