What you'll do

  • Translate complex DoD mission requirements and mathematical signal analysis into structured user stories and technical specifications.
  • Convert advanced LPI/LPD and anti-jamming algorithms into actionable software features and intuitive operator experiences.
  • Own the end-to-end software and firmware backlog for the spectrum dominance product portfolio.
  • Manage disciplined sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences using Jira to ensure rapid delivery.
  • Conduct technical and schedule analyses of feature requests to balance engineering constraints against customer expectations.
  • Integrate field trial results and operator feedback into the development cycle to refine software solutions.
  • Coordinate between R&D, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams to align product execution with business strategy.
  • Monitor product performance and market intelligence to prioritize features that counter emerging electronic warfare threats.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical product management or systems engineering within the defense, aerospace, or wireless communications industries.
  • Strong knowledge of signal processing, wireless communications, RF systems, software-defined radios (SDRs), digital signal processing (DSP), or mobile ad hoc networks (MANETs).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex mathematical algorithms and military use cases into structured software requirements and user stories.
  • Proven ability to align cross-functional R&D, engineering, operations, and sales teams to meet release timelines.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.
  • Experience with LPI/LPD, anti-jamming, electronic counter-countermeasures, or MIL-STD standards (preferred); Master’s degree or MBA (preferred).
