What you'll do

Manage operations and performance analysis for multiple data center sites to ensure alignment with business goals.
Direct the analysis of physical, power, and cooling capacity to ensure proactive issue resolution.
Implement automation tools for issue triage, mitigation strategies, and monitoring.
Oversee root cause analysis (RCA) following incidents and update documentation to improve processes.
Manage large-scale infrastructure upgrades, including rack deployments and network hardware installations.
Act as the primary liaison with project teams to manage timelines and capacity for regional expansion projects.
Provide executive-level recommendations for data center purchases, inventory management, and logistics.
Serve as a subject matter expert to mentor team members and guide technical talent development.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience managing operations for multiple data center sites is required.
Ability to lead advanced problem-solving efforts as a primary escalation point for complex technical issues.
Expertise in infrastructure projects including capacity evaluation, installation, repairs, and large-scale upgrades.
Proficiency in implementing automation for issue triage, monitoring, and incident management.
Ability to provide executive-level recommendations for data center purchases and strategic planning.
Experience mentoring teams and providing leadership in talent development and hiring decisions.
