What you'll do

Manage the construction of data centers by colocation providers to ensure they meet schedule, quality, and design requirements.
Oversee base building and MEP infrastructure portions of data center projects.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules while coordinating with colocation providers on key milestones.
Analyze project risk profiles independently to identify gaps and inform the business of potential impacts.
Coordinate and integrate tenant fit-out projects with base building construction during design, construction, and commissioning phases.
Implement quality control processes to ensure all activities meet design specifications and industry standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and colocation providers for clear communication.
Conduct regular site visits to verify schedule adherence, coordination, and construction quality.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Provide expert oversight for the construction of data centers performed by colocation providers.
Manage base building and MEP infrastructure portions of projects.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and coordinate with colocation providers.
Perform independent risk evaluation and develop mitigation strategies for project delivery.
Coordinate tenant fit out integration with base building projects during design, construction, and commissioning.
