What you'll do

Lead the construction of data centers by colocation providers while ensuring projects meet timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Manage project budgets and develop detailed schedules to ensure timely milestone delivery across multiple projects.
Oversee the installation of power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems according to design specifications.
Conduct site walks and lead the startup and commissioning phases for major data center projects.
Identify risks to project delivery and develop tailored mitigation strategies to ensure successful completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and colocation providers to resolve issues.
Select, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance.
Create and maintain technical documentation including design reviews, commissioning papers, and problem-solving records.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in the relevant field.
Experience is required in leading data center construction projects by colocation providers.
Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation is required.
Experience overseeing the installation of power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems is required.
Candidates must be able to lead startup and commissioning phases for major data center projects.
