What you'll do

Lead the commissioning of electrical, control, and mechanical systems for data center projects.
Manage the direct interface between Oracle and partners to ensure successful system testing and turnover.
Oversee commissioning activities for multiple lease provider projects to ensure they meet company standards.
Review all commissioning testing procedures to verify that equipment and subsystems function as intended.
Provide expert input for contract administration, including the review of contracts, change orders, and cost forecasts.
Develop technical documentation and standard operating procedures across cross-functional teams.
Contribute to design specifications to ensure the delivery of reliable and efficient data centers.
Mentor junior team members and develop training programs for internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 10 years of experience in the field.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Requires professional qualifications in mechanical, control, or electrical engineering with a commissioning focus.
Must possess expert knowledge of engineering systems including advanced diagnostics and repairs.
Must demonstrate expert level proficiency in safe working practices, such as lockout/tag out procedures.
Must have expert level communication skills for technical writing and cross-functional SOP development.
Must be able to travel up to two weeks per month.
Must live in or be willing to move to the Dallas, TX area.
