What you'll do

Architect and develop scalable, elastic distributed systems using distributed state management tools.
Optimize code and data paths for high-throughput, hyper-scale workloads and large-scale data processing.
Design fault-tolerant systems featuring redundancy, replication, failover, and rate-limiting to handle network unreliability.
Establish KPIs and build custom dashboards and alerting mechanisms to monitor system health.
Create complex validation scenarios including fault injection and brownouts to ensure system correctness.
Proactively diagnose, debug, and resolve production issues while mentoring peers in incident response.
Implement robust security controls, encryption, and access management for multi-tenant environments.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation scripts to manage cloud infrastructure and deployment cycles.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in engineering, architecture, or development/operations.
Requires strong experience working on data plane architectures in networking devices.
Requires experience designing and optimizing high-performance network solutions using DPDK and C/C++.
Must have experience with high-concurrency systems.
Requires experience with Linux OSes/kernels, device drivers, performance testing tools, and distributed debugging tools.
Requires expert knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts and technologies.
Must possess strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills to work in a team.
Experience working in startups or fast-paced enterprise technology environments is required.
