What you'll do

Architect and develop scalable, elastic distributed systems to support high-throughput, hyper-scale workloads.
Design fault-tolerant components using redundancy, replication, failover mechanisms, and rate-limiting to meet SLOs.
Establish KPIs and telemetry to build proactive dashboards and alerting mechanisms for system health.
Design and execute complex validation tests, including fault injection and brown-out scenarios, to ensure correctness.
Diagnose and resolve production issues proactively while providing guidance during incident response rotations.
Implement security controls, encryption, and access management to protect data in multi-tenant environments.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools to manage cloud infrastructure and patching.
Manage project timelines and delegate tasks to ensure the timely completion of complex technical initiatives.

What we're looking for

Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must be able to lead development and architect components of scalable, elastic distributed systems.
