What you'll do

Architect and lead the development of scalable, elastic distributed systems to meet high-throughput requirements.
Optimize code and data paths for hyper-scale workloads using data plane platforms for storage and processing.
Design fault-tolerant systems using redundancy, replication, failover, and rate-limiting to meet SLOs.
Establish KPIs and telemetry by building proactive dashboards and alerting mechanisms to monitor system health.
Design complex validation scenarios, including fault injection and brownouts, to ensure system correctness and durability.
Diagnose and resolve production issues while providing guidance during incident response and root cause investigations.
Implement security controls, encryption, and access management while maintaining compliance documentation.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools to manage cloud infrastructure and rolling updates.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must possess skills in API Development, CI/CD Tools, Cloud Architecture, and Distributed Systems.
Must have expertise in High Availability Systems, Java, System Design, and Workflow Software.
Must have experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Must demonstrate Technical Communication and Technical Leadership skills.
Must be able to lead development and architect components of scalable, elastic distributed systems.
Must be able to implement robust security controls, IaC, and automation for cloud infrastructure.
