What you'll do

Architect and develop scalable, distributed systems that support high-throughput, hyper-scale workloads and large-scale data processing.
Design fault-tolerant components using redundancy, replication, failover mechanisms, and rate-limiting to ensure system reliability and durability.
Establish KPIs, telemetry, and automated dashboards to proactively monitor system health and identify performance gaps.
Create complex validation scenarios, including fault injection and brownouts, to ensure data integrity and service correctness.
Proactively diagnose, debug, and resolve production issues while mentoring peers on incident response and root cause analysis.
Implement robust security controls, encryption, and access management for multi-tenant environments in compliance with industry standards.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools to manage cloud infrastructure, patching, and rollbacks.

What we're looking for

Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in the relevant field.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience architecting and developing scalable, elastic distributed systems is required.
Ability to optimize code and data paths for high-throughput, hyper-scale workloads.
Proficiency in designing fault-tolerant systems using redundancy, replication, and failover mechanisms.
Skill in implementing security controls, encryption, and compliance documentation for multi-tenant environments.
Experience developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation scripts to manage cloud infrastructure.
Ability to design complex validation scenarios including fault injection and brownouts.
