What you'll do

  • Architect and develop scalable, elastic distributed systems that support high-throughput, hyper-scale workloads.
  • Optimize code and data paths while implementing load-shedding, throttling, and rate-limiting to handle network unreliability.
  • Design fault-tolerant components using redundancy, replication, and automatic failover to ensure system durability and SLO compliance.
  • Establish telemetry, KPIs, and proactive monitoring dashboards to identify performance gaps and system health issues.
  • Conduct complex validation testing including fault injection and brown-outs to ensure data integrity and correctness.
  • Proactively diagnose, debug, and resolve production issues while mentoring peers in incident response and root cause analysis.
  • Implement robust security controls, encryption, and access management for multi-tenant environments.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools to manage cloud infrastructure and streamline change management.

What we're looking for
