What you'll do

Architect and develop scalable distributed systems that support high-throughput, hyper-scale workloads and large-scale data processing.
Design fault-tolerant components using redundancy, replication, failover mechanisms, and rate-limiting to ensure system reliability.
Establish KPIs, telemetry, and automated dashboards to proactively monitor system health and performance.
Conduct complex validation testing, including fault injection and brownouts, to ensure data integrity and durability.
Proactively diagnose and resolve production issues while mentoring peers on troubleshooting and incident response.
Implement robust security controls, encryption, and compliance documentation for multi-tenant environments.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation scripts to manage cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows.

What we're looking for

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Requires 3 to 5+ years of experience in the field.
Experience designing and architecting scalable, elastic distributed systems for high-throughput workloads.
Proficiency in implementing fault-tolerant systems using redundancy, replication, and failover mechanisms.
Ability to develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation scripts for cloud infrastructure management.
Experience implementing security controls, encryption, and compliance documentation for multi-tenant environments.
Ability to design complex validation scenarios including fault injection and brownouts.
Skill in developing telemetry systems, dashboards, and alerting mechanisms to monitor system health.
