Principal ASIC Program Management, Silicon Operations

What you'll do

• Drive strategic planning, resource allocation, and headcount planning in partnership with Finance and HR.
• Manage the operating rhythm including leadership reviews, planning cycles, and goal-setting mechanisms.
• Establish program governance frameworks such as stage gates, readiness reviews, and decision processes.
• Lead cross-functional programs spanning silicon design, manufacturing, tax, accounting, and global trade.
• Develop integrated schedules to track interdependencies, critical paths, and escalation paths for at-risk programs.
• Translate leadership vision into actionable plans with clear milestones, owners, and success criteria.
• Define and track KPIs/OKRs while providing real-time visibility through dashboards and executive reporting.
• Serve as the primary coordination point between silicon operations and internal teams like systems, software, and suppliers.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience is required.
• 10+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams is required.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition is required.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience managing complex technology projects is preferred.
