Presales Customer Engineer, Enterprise will serve as a trusted technical advisor and primary architect within the GTM organization to guide enterprise clients through the full customer journey. What we're looking for
Must have experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
Must possess an architectural mindset to design and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures.
Must have the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes for both engineers and C-level executives.
Must have a proven track record in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments with knowledge of SaaS metrics.
Must demonstrate depth in at least four areas: Internet fundamentals, Security, Performance, AI Proficiency, Coding/Scripting, or Developer Platform Fluency.
Preferred experience includes technical enablement, LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, and regulatory knowledge like PCI DSS or SOC 2.
Must hold an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Must be authorized to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws.
