The Partner Success Engineering Manager, Enterprise Technology Services joins the ETS-Insight Analytics Engineering team to manage a partner-facing engineering team serving global manufacturing and operations analytics needs. You will lead, coach, and grow a team of engineers while acting as a strategic bridge between data platforms and internal business organizations like Hardware Engineering and AppleCare. Your daily work involves understanding partner workflows, shaping long-term analytics visions, and ensuring technical engagements drive measurable business value and operational efficiency. The role requires expertise in modern data ecosystems, cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, data warehousing, and big data architectures including Spark, Trino, BigQuery, and Iceberg. You will solve complex problems related to manufacturing, supply chain, and hardware engineering by translating high-level requirements into robust data models and scalable solutions while fostering a consultative, customer-centric culture for the team.
Lead and coach a team of engineers to deliver high-ROI business outcomes through a consultative, customer-centric approach.
Partner with leadership across various lines of business to identify operational challenges and shape their analytics roadmaps.
Align technical priorities with product management and engineering teams to co-design cohesive end-to-end data solutions.
Oversee solution architecture to ensure partner initiatives utilize robust data models and established platform standards.
Drive partner adoption and self-service enablement through clear delivery milestones and success metrics.
Translate complex data capabilities into measurable business value and operational efficiency for internal stakeholders.
Establish engagement models, onboarding playbooks, and frameworks to streamline how partners interact with data platforms.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience leading, managing, or building engineering, technical solutions, or technical partner/customer success teams.
8+ years of overall experience in data analytics, business intelligence, technical product management, or solutions consulting environments.
Strong technical fluency in modern data ecosystems, cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), data warehousing, and big data architectures.
Proven track record of working with business stakeholders to define requirements, quantify ROI, and deliver data-driven solutions.
Background in Partner Success Management, Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture leadership, or Data Product Management (preferred).
Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills (preferred).
Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, hardware engineering, or operations organizations where analytics influences business decisions (preferred).
