The Senior Engineering Product Manager, Enterprise Technology Services joins the Identity Management Services team to shape enterprise access management products and platforms. This role focuses on the intersection of security and user experience, where you will own the strategy, roadmap, and vision for access governance, privilege management, and risk-based authentication. You will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, designing scalable frameworks like RBAC and ABAC while collaborating with engineering teams on SSO, federation, and directory services. Key technical requirements include expertise in authorization models, authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and FIDO2/WebAuthn, along with knowledge of SCIM, LDAP, and Zero Trust architecture. You will also leverage AI/ML tools to shape authorization strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks like GDPR and SOX across complex hybrid systems.

What you'll do

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for enterprise access management capabilities.
  • Lead strategic initiatives regarding access governance, least-privilege access, and risk-based authentication.
  • Shape the evolution of access policies including conditional access, JIT provisioning, and adaptive MFA.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for access management solutions from discovery through launch.
  • Design scalable access control frameworks such as RBAC, ABAC, and policy-based access with engineering teams.
  • Define requirements for governance capabilities like access reviews, certification campaigns, and entitlement management.
  • Drive privileged access management initiatives to secure high-risk accounts and credentials.
  • Translate complex technical challenges into clear product requirements and user stories for development teams.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of experience in Product or Program Management with a focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Experience owning access governance, lifecycle management, and privileged access management (PAM) products.
  • Expertise in authorization models (RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC), authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, FIDO2/WebAuthn), and Zero Trust architecture.
  • Proficiency with cloud identity platforms such as AWS IAM, Azure AD, and GCP IAM.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and CCPA.
  • Knowledge of modern architecture standards including APIs, microservices, SCIM, LDAP, and Directory Services.
  • Ability to apply Gen AI and data science tools to shape access and authorization strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate product roadmaps and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
