What you'll do

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for enterprise access management capabilities.
  • Lead strategic initiatives around least-privilege access and risk-based authentication.
  • Shape evolution of access policies including conditional access and just-in-time provisioning.
  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Partner with security teams to design scalable access control frameworks (RBAC, ABAC).
  • Drive privileged access management initiatives to secure high-risk accounts and credentials.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of experience in Product/Program Management focusing on Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Deep expertise in IAM technical aspects including authorization models and authentication protocols.
  • Fluency in cloud identity platforms and regulatory frameworks governing access management.
  • Proficiency in modern architecture, APIs, microservices, and identity standards.
  • Awareness of AI/ML applications in shaping access and security strategies.
  • Ability to communicate product roadmaps and strategic recommendations effectively at executive levels.
