What you'll do

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for enterprise access management capabilities.

  • Partner with security teams to design scalable access control frameworks (RBAC, ABAC).
  • Define requirements for access governance capabilities including entitlement management and SoD.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of experience in Product/Program Management focusing on Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Deep technical expertise in IAM including authorization models and authentication protocols.
  • Fluency in cloud identity platforms and regulatory compliance frameworks for access management.
  • Proficiency in modern architecture, APIs, microservices, and identity standards.
  • Awareness of AI/ML applications in shaping access and security strategies.
  • Strong executive-level communication skills to articulate product roadmaps and strategic recommendations.
