What you'll do

Define and drive the product roadmap for enterprise access management capabilities.
Lead strategic initiatives regarding access governance, least-privilege access, and risk-based authentication.
Shape the evolution of access policies including conditional access and adaptive MFA.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
Design scalable access control frameworks such as RBAC, ABAC, and policy-based access.
Define requirements for access governance features like entitlement management and segregation of duties.
Drive privileged access management initiatives to secure high-risk accounts and credentials.
Translate complex technical challenges into clear product requirements and user stories.

What we're looking for

12+ years of experience in Product or Program Management with a focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Experience managing access governance, lifecycle management, and privileged access (PAM).
Expertise in authorization models (RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC) and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, FIDO2/WebAuthn).
Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture principles and modern identity standards like SCIM, LDAP, and Directory Services.
Experience with cloud identity platforms such as AWS IAM, Azure AD, or GCP IAM.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and CCPA.
Ability to apply Gen AI and data science tools to shape access and authorization strategies.
Demonstrated ability to communicate product roadmaps and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
