What you'll do

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for enterprise access management capabilities.
  • Lead strategic initiatives regarding access governance, least-privilege access, and risk-based authentication.
  • Shape the evolution of access policies including conditional access and adaptive MFA.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Design scalable access control frameworks such as RBAC, ABAC, and policy-based access.
  • Define requirements for access governance features like entitlement management and segregation of duties.
  • Drive privileged access management initiatives to secure high-risk accounts and credentials.
  • Translate complex technical challenges into clear product requirements and user stories.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of experience in Product or Program Management with a focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Experience managing access governance, lifecycle management, and privileged access (PAM).
  • Expertise in authorization models (RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC) and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, FIDO2/WebAuthn).
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture principles and modern identity standards like SCIM, LDAP, and Directory Services.
  • Experience with cloud identity platforms such as AWS IAM, Azure AD, or GCP IAM.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and CCPA.
  • Ability to apply Gen AI and data science tools to shape access and authorization strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate product roadmaps and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
