Partner Technology Solutions Engineer As a member of the Technical Solutions team, you will serve as the technical bridge between the company and its third-party developer community. You will act as a consultant for partners, guiding them through the entire integration lifecycle on the Integration Developer Platform, from initial architectural design to final publication. Your daily responsibilities include performing architectural assessments, conducting deep-dive code reviews, and solving complex technical challenges via Zendesk and Slack. You will provide expert guidance on OAuth flows, log pipelines, OpenTelemetry, and agent-based versus API-based configurations while maintaining public-facing documentation in JIRA. To succeed, you must be proficient in Python or Go, possess a deep understanding of monitoring fundamentals like metrics, logs, and traces, and be comfortable working with APIs, Linux environments, and cloud infrastructure to improve the developer experience.

What you'll do

Act as the technical lead for partners regarding OAuth flows, log pipelines, OpenTelemetry, and integration configurations.
Perform architectural assessments and deep-dive code reviews to ensure partner integrations meet quality standards.
Resolve complex technical challenges for partners through Zendesk, Slack, and dedicated consultations.
Identify friction points in the Integration Developer Platform and collaborate with internal teams to improve developer experience.
Maintain public-facing developer documentation and internal tracking systems to ensure transparency and scale.
Guide external developers through the entire integration lifecycle from initial design to marketplace publication.

What we're looking for

Must have 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as Support Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Software Development.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python or Go.
Deep understanding of monitoring fundamentals including Metrics, Logs, Traces, and OpenTelemetry standards.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to developers of varying skill levels.
Experience working with APIs, Linux environments, and cloud infrastructure.
Ability to perform architectural assessments and deep-dive code reviews for partner integrations.
Proficiency in using AI coding tools to validate and refine output is preferred.
