What you'll do

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for enterprise access management capabilities.

  • Partner with security teams to design scalable access control frameworks (RBAC, ABAC).
  • Drive privileged access management initiatives to secure high-risk accounts and credentials.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of experience in Product/Program Management focusing on Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Deep technical expertise in IAM, including authorization models (RBAC, ABAC) and authentication protocols.
  • Fluency with cloud identity platforms and regulatory frameworks governing access management.
  • Proficiency in modern architecture concepts, APIs, microservices, and identity standards.
  • Awareness of AI/ML applications in access and security contexts across hybrid systems.
  • Strong executive-level communication skills for clear product roadmap storytelling.
