As a Partner Solutions Architect, Technology Partnerships, you will join the Partner Solutions Architecture team to provide technical guidance and leadership to Stripe's technology partners. You will act as a technical liaison to the Partner Development Manager, building consultative relationships with executives and technical decision-makers to solve business-critical challenges. Your daily responsibilities include creating technical business plans, developing enablement plans, and leading deep-dives on solution offerings. You will collaborate on technical content like sample code and demos while educating internal sales teams on partner capabilities. The role requires expertise in API integrations, SaaS platforms, enterprise architectures, and the software development lifecycle. You will navigate complex systems such as ERP, CRM, Billing, and Tax to help partners build solutions within the financial infrastructure space, specifically focusing on products like Payments, Connect, and Issuing.
Provide technical guidance and thought leadership to technology partners to solve business-critical challenges.
Create technical business plans to identify, incubate, and launch new service offerings with partners.
Lead deep-dive technical discussions with partner executives and engineering leads to define solution strategies.
Develop and execute enablement plans to grow partner capabilities and drive non-linear growth.
Provide oversight and guidance during the partner sales process to ensure successful joint opportunities.
Create technical content, such as sample code and demos, to demonstrate best practices for specific use cases.
Educate internal sales teams on key partner solutions and available capabilities.
Advocate for technology partners within specific regions to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role such as solution consultant, solutions architect, or sales engineer for a global software enterprise.
Strong technical acumen in API integrations, SaaS platforms, and enterprise architectures.
Experience working with technology partner ecosystems and payment solutions.
Understanding of financial infrastructure industry trends and emerging technologies.
Experience co-selling and co-solutioning with go-to-market partners.
Executive engagement skills to establish relationships with key decision-makers and build credibility at all levels.
Group-facilitation skills and confidence in leading customer meetings to pursue opportunities.
Outstanding spoken and written communication skills to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
