As a Partner Solutions Architect, Technology Partnerships, you will join the Partner Solutions Architecture team to provide technical guidance and leadership to Stripe's technology partners. You will serve as a technical liaison to the Partner Development Manager, building consultative relationships with executives and technical decision-makers to solve business-critical challenges. Your daily work involves creating technical business plans, developing enablement plans, and leading deep-dive discussions on solution strategies to expand partnership revenue. You will collaborate on technical content like sample code and demos while educating internal sales teams on partner capabilities. The role requires expertise in API integrations, SaaS platforms, enterprise architectures, and the software development lifecycle. You will navigate complex systems including ERP, CRM, Billing, and Tax tools within the financial infrastructure domain to help partners build and scale integrated solutions.
Provide technical guidance and thought leadership to technology partners to solve business-critical challenges.
Develop and execute enablement plans to build out partner capabilities and drive non-linear growth.
Lead technical discussions and solution deep-dives regarding the value of Stripe's services for partner clients.
Engage with CTOs and engineering leads to share roadmaps and define strategies to expand partnership revenue.
Provide oversight and guidance during the partner sales process to ensure success in joint opportunities.
Create technical content, such as sample code and demos, to demonstrate best practices for specific use cases.
Educate the internal Stripe sales team on key partner solutions and capabilities.
Advocate for technology partners within specific regions and identify areas for collaborative sales growth.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role such as solution consultant, solutions architect, or sales engineer for a global software enterprise.
Strong technical acumen in API integrations, SaaS platforms, and enterprise architectures.
Experience working with technology partner ecosystems and payment solutions.
Understanding of financial infrastructure industry trends and emerging technologies.
Experience co-selling and co-solutioning with go-to-market partners.
Executive engagement skills to build relationships and credibility with key decision-makers.
Group-facilitation skills and confidence in leading customer meetings to pursue opportunities.
Outstanding spoken and written communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
