As a Partner Solutions Architect, AI Partnerships, you will join the Partner Solutions Architecture team to provide technical guidance and leadership to Stripe’s partners. You will act as a critical technical liaison, building consultative relationships with executives and technical decision makers to solve mission-critical business challenges and drive growth through co-solutioning. Your daily responsibilities include developing enablement plans, leading technical solution deep dives, creating comprehensive business plans, and collaborating on technical content like sample code and demos. You will work specifically with AI partners to build out their capabilities using top LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini. To succeed, you must possess expertise in API architecture, the software development lifecycle, and experience with tools like Cursor, Vercel, Replit, Databricks, Snowflake, and major cloud ecosystems including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Provide technical guidance and thought leadership to partners to solve mission-critical business challenges.
Build out capabilities and solutions for AI partners to drive non-linear growth.
Develop and execute enablement plans for partner organizations.
Lead technical discussions and solution deep dives regarding Stripe's value proposition.
Engage with CTOs and engineering leads to share roadmaps and define expansion strategies.
Provide oversight and guidance during the partner sales process to ensure joint success.
Educate the internal sales team on key partner solutions and capabilities.
Create technical content, such as sample code and demos, to demonstrate best practices.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role such as solution consultant, solutions architect, or sales engineer for a global software enterprise.
Experience co-selling and co-solutioning with go-to-market partners.
Executive engagement skills to establish relationships and build credibility with key decision makers.
Effective group-facilitation skills and confidence in leading customer meetings to gain strategic footing.
Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture.
Ability to understand how enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, Billing, and Tax interact within a technology ecosystem.
Hands-on experience building with top LLMs and using modern AI development tools like Cursor, Vercel, and Replit.
Experience working with scalable data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) or major cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure).
