What you'll do

Manage the onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources.
Conduct joint business planning and review sessions to align Datadog and partner technical teams.
Deliver end-customer demonstrations and proofs of value for partner technical initiatives.
Advocate for partner concerns regarding use cases, feature requests, and support issues with internal teams.
Analyze partner service offerings to provide recommendations for improving adoption of Datadog features.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and prioritize new platform capabilities.
Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success.

What we're looking for

Must be a current EU resident.
Possess a solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations.
Demonstrate a track record of passion for learning and being a tech-savvy professional.
Ability to articulate product value to both technical and business audiences.
Possess confident presentation skills.
Desired experience in two or more areas including Observability, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting, Config Management, or CI/CD.
Preferred experience working in a technical role for or supporting channel partners like Systems Integrators or Managed Service Providers.
Preferred experience with Datadog, cloud monitoring tools, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging.
